The new demo lets you get behind the wheel of five of the world’s most amazing cars on the full circuit of the game’s Camino Viejo track. The demo includes five playable cars:

• 2007 Porsche #80 Flying Lizard 911 GT3-RSR

You will be able to drive all of the cars in the demo in full cock-pit view as well as experience damage, rollover and try out the game’s new rewind feature as you take turns on a beautiful Spanish mountain course inspired by the Montserrat region just outside of Barcelona, Spain. When logged into Xbox LIVE, the demo will also support official leaderboards for lap times, giving you a further taste of what players will experience in “Forza Motorsport 3.”

Battlefield 1943’s Iwo Jima Is A Little Early

May 14th, 2009 Nevaeh No comments

We can probably forgive DICE for including the 1945 battle of Iwo Jima in their downloadable multiplayer combat game Battlefield 1943 when it looks this good.

Iwo Jima is just one of three battlefields coming out with the downloadable installment of the Battlefield series next month on Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network. Along with Guadalcanal and Wake Island, players should have plenty of scenic places blow each other to pieces.

Microsoft Refunds Braid Overbill, Plus a Little Extra

April 25th, 2009 Nevaeh No comments

If you bought Braid back in February when it was XBLM’s first “Deal of the Week,” check your points balance. Microsoft mistakenly overbilled for it, but they’ll be refunding the difference plus 100 points.

We’ve gotten word through a few readers about the mistake, which Microsoft attributed to a “technical glitch.” The virtual money should be credited back to accounts sometime within “the coming weeks.” Read more…

The Pitt Is Back Now

March 25th, 2009 Jarralz No comments

thepitt

The Pitt is has returned to the service! If you purchased and downloaded The Pitt yesterday, you’ll need to delete that version from your storage device before you download the new version. Here is an official support document that outlines what you’ll need to do to to delete the old version, but the basic steps are as follows:

* Sign in to Xbox LIVE then press the guide button
* Go to Settings->System Settings->Memory.
* From here, scroll down to Fall Out 3 and press A.
* Select Fallout 3: The Pitt (Marketplace Content) press A then choose Delete, then Yes to Delete.

Now, you can go and re-download the new version for no charge and begin your adventure. Remember, any content you purchased (like The Pitt) can be re-downloaded at no charge.

Also, don’t delete anything that says ‘Autosave.’ That would be bad
